OUTSIDE Job:  Salvation

1. Justified – no longer liable for your sins
2. Pardoned – change of status; legal transaction
3. Adopted – into the family of God

INSIDE Job: Salvation (Born again)

1. Dawning Awareness – aware of areas that need change
2. Growing Conviction Stage – focuses on one area that needs change
3. Crisis Decision Stage – we must change
4. Changing Grace – God’s grace is sufficient to meet all needs
5. Disciplined Obedience – we must continue to choose God’s ways
